All returns must be authorized by Atlantic Trading Company prior to receipt. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Authorizations are valid for 30 days. Return goods authorizations (RGAs) may be arranged either phoning Customer Service at 1-512-280-9157 or returns@atl-trading.com. Unauthorized returns may be returned to customer at customer’s expense, destroyed, or subject to additional charges without credit being issued to customer. This policy applies to all customers unless superseded by a separate written agreement that includes specific return goods terms and conditions.

Only defective products are returnable.  Non-defective products will not be authorized for return.  Freight and restocking fees apply.  If you may have received a defective product email QA@atl-trading.com – Please do not discard the product as our team may request the product to be returned for assessment.  The authorization will be given only after our team has reviewed the product to confirm that it is defective.
